- Facilitate scheduled progress reviews – innovation experiments/ demonstrations, decision-making, resource utilization, progress toward outputs, outcomes and achievement of ROI and SROI (social return on investment)
- Facilitate innovation through an integrated implementation set consisting of multi-stakeholder engagement, co-creation, action-learning, participatory research and entrepreneurial activities
- Increase sustainable impact of innovation projects through project portfolio management
